Privacy policy

What we store
Your account (email, name, preferences), your chats and uploaded files, your credit and Pass history, and usage records (which model answered, token counts, timing). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, never the address itself.
Who processes your prompts
Your messages are sent to the AI provider that answers them, through OpenRouter, with a request that the provider neither stores nor trains on them. Every answer shows which provider produced it.
Training
We never use your chats or files to train any model unless you explicitly opt in.
Analytics
Product analytics record what happened (for example, that a Pass started), never what you wrote.
Deleting data
You can delete any chat, any file or your whole account at any time. Temporary chats are deleted automatically after 24 hours. When you delete your account we disable it immediately and erase your content within 72 hours; payment records are kept, without your personal details, because tax law requires it. To stop repeated free trials, we keep a one-way hash of your email address after you delete your account and, for up to 30 days after a free trial is claimed, one-way hashes of the network address and the email domain it was claimed from.
Voice
Voice features are optional. Your microphone is used only while you dictate or while voice mode is open, and whether you are speaking is detected on your device. What you say is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to be turned into text and is not stored; the text becomes an ordinary message in your chat. Spoken answers are made by sending the answer's text through OpenRouter to a speech model. Voice-mode audio is played and not stored; a “Read aloud” clip is kept with its answer so it can be replayed.
Weather and currency answers
When an answer needs the weather or an exchange rate, Qorvii's servers ask MET Norway (weather) or Frankfurter (exchange rates). MET Norway receives only the location's coordinates, rounded to about 1 km, and Frankfurter only the two currencies; neither receives your name, account or IP address. Their answers are kept for a few hours with nothing that links them to you, and each card names its source.
Notifications
If you turn notifications on, we store a token for your phone, or a push subscription for your browser, together with the language you use and whether you want Pass reminders. Service notices (such as maintenance, incidents or changes to our terms) go to every device that allows notifications; product news and offers go only to people who turned on product news. Notifications never contain your chats. They are delivered through Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, the Apple Push Notification service on iOS, or your browser maker's push service, which receive only the message itself (encrypted for browsers). You can turn reminders and product news off in Settings and all notifications off in your phone or browser settings. Signing out removes your device's token.
